I thought I would do up a journal to test out the new skins that are offered. I have not done this before so it might be that it does not work for me. We shall see.

Since today would have been my mother's 75th birthday, I would like to do one about love. Love can mean many things to many people, and so I have chosen several images that can reach out in many directions. I hope.

Any image that brings a feeling of love when viewing would fit the bill that I am looking for today. I hope you all enjoy these features. Some will be from my friend's galleries and some will be of new people I have come across today. If you like the images, please do not forget to go to the artist's page and tell them how much you love the image for I know it will make their day to hear so. We all live for that moment when someone tells us how their photo, drawing, painting, etc, has moved us and why. It is what we artists live for and helps to inspire us to bring even more into your life and ours.

One thing that I would ask of you, however, and that is to take one moment out of your day today to show kindness to someone whether or not they seem to be in need of it. However you choose to do this is your choice, but do it, is all that I ask. Tell someone that you love them, how much they mean to you, and how glad you are that they are in your world. If it be a stranger, open the door for them and tell them that you hope they have a wonderful day today. A simple smile from across the room. Sometimes that is all that it takes, to lift a heavy heart.

I truly believe that their are angles on this earth that wear human skin. I am not saying that they are indeed angels, but that their hearts beat a different tune than most. We can all do this. All you have to do is open your heart and choose to live without a heavy soul. Happiness is the key, folks. Thinking positive and keeping the negative out of your life. Can you grasp what I am trying to convey here?

This is my desire. To remind people all the time to give of themselves. It is such a small gesture, not at all time consuming, and the benefits are ever so wonderful.
